Ellie is a qualified aerobics and fitness instructor and holds Diplomas in Holistic Massage and in Remedial Massage. She has certificates in Advanced Techniques for Massage Professionals and is trained in Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Trigger Points and Deep Tissue Massage. Her skills do not end there. She’s been fully trained in AIS since November 2005 and has received guidance and training from Aaron Mattes the founder of AIS.

Daniel Christie holds a BSc Sports Rehabilitation degree from BASRAT and graduated from the one year course at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). Since then he has practised at clinics and sports clubs in Central London. His invaluable experience in different sports has been put to excellent use treating elite and recreational athletes at national and regional athletic events. His extensive knowledge of soft tissue release, neuromuscular therapy and corrective exercises are all incorporated into his treatments. Daniel’s eagle eye never misses a trick and he’ll always choose the most relevant and carefully tailored treatments ensuring all his patients are in the best shape possible.

Joanna Peyton-Jones Stretch Therapy UK Co-Founder/ Therapist

Joanna has always been a health and fitness fan with a huge interest in Alternative Medicine and her career reflects this. In 1999 as part of her Alternative Medicine studies at Naturecare in Sydney, Australia she qualified in Kinesiology, Naturopathy and Holistic Massage; she also attended the College of Natural Medicine in London. In Los Angeles, USA, Joanna trained in Reflexology and Shiatsu. Since Australia, Joanna has worked as a physical therapist either for herself or at Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door Spa, London, W1. Joanna trained with Aaron Mattes the founder of AIS at his clinic in Sarasota, USA in 2006. Currently she is studying for her Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage, which she will complete in 2008.
