Similar to a sauna that you find in a gym but far more effective, a session in Stretch Therapy UK’s Infrared Sauna is rather different.

Rather than heating the air in the cabin the infrared heats you directly (and no, you won’t be cooked!) – this makes it far more pleasant than a normal sauna.

As you sit against the infrared heater your back heats up encouraging an increase in circulation.

Due to you being heated from deep in the back muscles, the body releases toxins and fat more effectively then a traditional coal sauna. As you sit with your back in line with the heater all the blood vessels in your back are warmed deeply with soothing IR heat, this warmed blood is then pumped around your entire body so all your tissues - joints, muscles, organs etc. are being warmed thoroughly from your circulatory system rather than hot air warming the surface of the skin.

This offers much more physiological health benefits to the body without ANY strain whatsoever. Compare an Infrared therapy session at 30-35C with a sauna at 90C and you will not believe how much better you feel!

You can enjoy your session after your stretching session or as a stand-alone session. Therapists will be able to prescribe a certain number of sessions to their clients to help them increase their level of results and benifits.
